The medicinal uses of hibiscus tea.

Serves:
Ingredients: 2 -5 dried hibiscus flowers (in local Hispanic stores) 6 -8 ounces boiling water sugar , to taste (optional) mint sprig (optional) Directions: 1 Place blossoms in a teacup Cover with boiling water. 2 When cool enough to taste, add sugar if desired. 3 Garnish with mint. This tea is perfect for hypertensive people.
