Ducunu this one is savory.However just a few other steps to make sweet.
Ingredients:
8 full eras of corn grated or ground
1 large tblsp margarine
1/2 cup very thick coconut milk
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Remove husk and silk from corn. Reserve the large husk to wrap ducunu.
Grate or grind corn
Melt butter on low heat then add melted butter,salt and baking powder to corn
Add milk and mix well
Put two to three corn cobs in a pot to balance ducunu,add water to cover cobs bring to boil
Place a large tblsp corn mixture in each corn husk.Fold and set between cobs in boiling water.Boil for 20 to 30 minutes until mixture is firm.
This is the basic recipe however you can also add a minced hot chili of your choice. The other option is to make it sweet.
This can be done with a few simple steps.
To make sweet omit 1/2 of the salt,reduce milk to 1/4 cup add 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar.
