Velvet Pasta Shells

1 Cup Milk
1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cut Into Bite-Size Pieces
1 Cup Broccoli Florets
1 Carrot, Sliced
1 Cup Water
1 Package VELVEETA Shells and Cheese Dinner

SERVES:4
1. Cook chicken in a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally.
2. Add Shells, milk and water; stir. Bring to a boil; cover. Simmer mixture on medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in the broccoli and carrot and continue to cook covered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in VELVEETA Sauce.
