My slow roasted cumin chicken taco salad...

Very easy and very tasty..l.

Ingredients:

4 bone in chicken breast
Cilantro
Onion
Tomatos
Thyme
1 whole habanero pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tblps cumin
Lettuce

Method:
Wash meat per usual and remove excess fat.
Season meat and place in slow cooker with a little sesame seed oil or sun flower oil over night.
Add about 2 cups of chicken broth and turn on high.
In the morning add 2 tomato cut up, whole habanero, thyme, cilantro, onion and cumin....
The pepper is optional my little 8year old cannot handle it yet.

I purchased my taco shell the same day at taco bell its completely editable.
I put the lettuce chopped at the bottom of shell( in order to not become too moist and mushy)
Then my second layer is the chicken. The chicken was taken out of slow cooker and shredded..Very tender.
I cut fresh cilantro,tomato,avocado,onion and placed on top of chicken.
Add more lettuce then meat. My kids added cheese and sour cream.
Continue the layer process with as many veggies as you want.
Avocado on top.
Enjoy......My children really loved making there salads and i had then put in whatever they wanted.
