1 2 3 is the Sunday dish in our home....Its native from home country of belize

I am using this image just as a guide line as to what the end result might look like..However my end result will be better..... Last night i put on my beans to soft. I opened a package of black eye bean which is usually 1 lb and placed in my slow cooker with couple bay leaves, couple slices onion and about 6 garlic cloves. this was left on all night in order for the beans to soft and i would be able to start the process of making my rice and beans today.... Also the chicken should be washed with vinegar and water prior to seasoning. I will start cooking ideally in Belize Sunday dinner is served at noon, but we Belizeamericans tend to deviate a little...  I will start cooking about that time. I will attempt to post my first video of the entire process.
