Mamey a beautiful brown fruit with a delish soft center

So i have a healthy milk shake recipe: 1/2 large mamey apple 2 1/2 cups evaporated milk 2 1/2 cups water Sugar to taste 3 drops vanilla Pinch nutmeg Method: Peel and slice fruit,blend in blender with milk,water and sugar to taste. Serve with crushed ice.
